Custom Pet Portraits FAQ
How long does the portrait take?
Digital Portraits - from order you will have a digital proof emailed to you within 3 days from ordering.
Printed Posters & Framed Portraits - allow 14 days from order - usually it’s much quicker but 2 weeks is a good guideline.
What happens if I want to make a change?
We’ll email you a proof of your portrait, from here we can do minor tweaks to get it just perfect for no extra charge.
What if I sent the wrong photo?
Once you receive the proof of your portrait, and you change your mind on the photo you’ve uploaded, to change the photo we do charge a fee. This might be $15 if it’s just a slight difference in the photo or if it is a major difference in the photo the full fee of $39 will need to be charged.
Can I return my custom portrait or get a refund?
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of these products, customised products are non-refundable and cannot be returned. If, in the unlikely event a print or frame arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP to organise a replacement.

You’ve got a photo, is it suitable?
Do you only do dogs?
No. We can do all animals. We’ve done loads of dogs, cats and even a gorgeous bunny!
Can I get a background behind my pet?
Yes of course, it is often a good idea with white dogs. Our most popular background colours are pale blue, pale grey and pale pink. To request a custom background colour just connect with us on: email@example.com Facebook Instagram or SMS to +61 491 638 144
Can I see what the portrait will look like before I place the order?
Unfortunately no. All of our portraits are custom made with hours of work going into each piece so we can’t show you a proof until the order has been placed and we’ve completed the artwork.
How do I print my digital portrait?
We recommend getting in touch with your local printer. Some common printing franchises in Australia are MBE, Minuteman Press, Kwik Kopy. When asking for a quote - firstly choose your size based on what frame you’d like to put it in. “Please provide a quote to print 1 x Poster at 'Size', on 200gsm matt or silk paper”
Where should I get a frame from?
Depending on your budget, you could grab a frame from your local department store, like Big W or Kmart, they’re often made in China and sometimes not the best quality. If you’re after a beautiful handmade Australia frame, ours are a great option.
